Asanda opens up to Ilze about his insecurities. Paul encourages each person to identify their partner's strengths in an activity with the whole group.

Thabang and Nonhlanhla bond on a visit to a nearby farm. Tensions rise in the group session when Vivian feels Gudani is invalidating her feelings.

Paul teaches the couples how to talk about and celebrate each other's differences. Thabang unpacks his issues with fatherhood.

Nearly halfway through their counseling, the couples reflect on the goals they set at the beginning and discuss the progress they've made.

The counselors encourage the couples to take a deeper look at their pasts together. Paul teaches the couples how to argue constructively.

Paul discusses the importance of sexual intimacy with the group. Ilze follows up with Maria and her husband on their troubles in the bedroom.

Gudani and Vivian disrupt the group session once again when they erupt into an impassioned argument. Mahlodi vents to Ilze about Asanda's passiveness.

The couples reflect on their love languages with Paul. Meanwhile, Nonhlanhla meets up with her sister to talk about her time in counseling.

Paul teaches the couples how to enforce boundaries. Ilze prompts them to reflect on what they've learned in the two-on-one sessions with her.

Paul and Ilze help the couples make a post-counseling action plan in the form of vision boards. Each couple presents their plan to the group.

After completing 13 sessions with Paul and Ilze, the couples take what they've learned and renew their vows in a symbolic wedding ceremony.
